The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I was due for an interview the other day, what appealed was its locality, it was only a short contract but worth every penny to me.

I was in such a rush on that morning that after washing I went over to my wardrobe and threw on a shirt and tie, I began twisting it into a knot as I moved through the flat doing things as I flew.

Finally satisfied that windows and stoves were all shut off I grabbed my suit jacket off the hanger, (not stopping to pick up the fallen hanger) and headed out the door.

The day was warming up to being very hot as I pulled into their car park … on time.

There was two parts to the interview and after completing the formal part we were told to have a break and that if we wanted to remove our jackets we could as the second part of the interview was to be informal and more relaxed.

I went out to use their toilet facilities and removed my jacket, I stood in front of the basin and threw some cold water over my face to freshen up. Then I put my glasses back on and stared at my shirt, I turned sideways to glimpse at the back, I stood in horror. It looked like a road map of London, I have never seen so many creases.

I promptly put my jacket back on and went back out into the oven they call an office. I can’t help thinking they were all staring at me.

The weather out here has been wonderful, it did rain last night and I found myself looking out the window for what seemed like an age. I seemed to have been deep in thought but if you were to ask about what I really couldn’t recall anything special.

This morning has been sunny and the sun is happily bouncing off the sea and warming the coast wonderfully.

The events on VR and various journal entries still amaze me. I love the Kismets I happen upon, they make me smile. VR’s members seem to have taken all the new updates onboard and are generally moving forward positively, that’s always good to see.

I can’t believe the shit that I’m seeing concerning ratings. The journals are full of it, and yes now I’ve jumped on the band wagon.

How many times will I see that paraphrase about all the numbers being legit? Well sure they’re legit that’s why they are there.

Why don’t you just come out and say it, that if they are your mates they will get a higher rate. What has surprised me is the type of people involved in all this crap.

Of course I will rate a friend a ten, it’s what friends do. Sure I will rerate someone who rates me lower with the same, if not lower.

Grow the fuck up!

I agree, Bloodlife. It's dumb. Yet some rant because people bitch about what we rated, not what we received.

I don't care about ratings, I just ask why I was given that number. All I would like is a reason then I'll drop it but when I get a reason like "because you're stupid!" from someone I don't know or never even spoke to in my life and their profile is empty... Now that gets me mad.
